Refund Policy

The client acknowledges that the approval of the application as well as the time required to complete the process is at the sole discretion of the authorities, and not the ICCRC/RCIC member. While the ICCRC/RCIC will make every effort to best represent the client’s case, however the ICCRC/RCIC member is in no position to guarantee the outcome of any application. In any case, fees would be refunded under the sole discretion of the RCIC member.
